Learners PermitNew - Once applied for online and approval given, all learner’s permit should be collected in person at Ministry of Communication, Works, Labour and Energy main office in Brades within three (3) working days.
Renewals - Once applied for online and approval given, all renewal of learner’s permit can be emailed directly to the applicant.
All fees are non-refundable.
